Utility Billing:

Utility billing is billed to customers on the last day of the month and due on the 10th of each month.  Methods of payment include: Cash, Check, Credit Card, Debit Card, or Automatic Bank Draft.  For customer's convenience after office hours, payments may be placed in the night drop box located at the City Building, 124 S. Bluff.

Building Permits:

Sign Permit = $10

Wrecking = $0

Fence Permit = $20

Accessory Structure = $10 for 200 sq. ft. & under; $50 for 201 sq. ft. & above

Principal Structure = $100

Variance = $100 (non-refundable) + building permit fee

Re-Zone = $100 + publication and notifications via mail

Preliminary /Final Plat = $100 + publication/mailings/filing fee & all other costs

Conditional Use Permit = $100 + publication & mailings

Special Use Permit = $100 + publication and mailings
